Descripción de la oferta:	Reporting to the Zone Service Manager, this position will be responsible for detecting and repairing all designated product lines within assigned territory, which includes preventive, corrective maintenance visits and installations. Maintain service schedule and determine call priority based on customer needs and available resources. Amongst his/her responsibilities the person will have to: * Install and commission systems specific to a modality in the assignment area at customer sites. * Troubleshoot customer-related problems on complex multi-symptom environment, determine repair needs, order parts required, responding to emergency callouts as necessary. * Provide Technical Support to Sales Department and directly to customers, promotes the sale of service agreements by utilizing customer lists, service reports, referrals, warranty expirations, for names of contacts to whom product may be sold. * Communicate with Sales Representatives for region, to maximize business opportunities. * Provide high quality services to our customers, the hospitals and directly interface with doctors and technicians on a daily basis having a impact on customer loyalty index. * Manage own service area, workload and own inventory ensuring that common practices and efficient methods are applied for contract cost control. * Maintain a high level of productivity while following all safety and quality policies and procedures.

Requisitos

Estudios mínimos:	Formación Profesional Grado Superior - Electricidad y Electrónica
Experiencia mínima:	Al menos 2 años
Requisitos mínimos:	* Engineering degree in Industrial Electronics or Telecommunication engineering or comparable background. * 2-3 years experience as a Field Service Engineer or equivalent. * Extensive computer and software familiarity required, experience in reparations and configuration of personal computers as well as good network and connectivity knowledge . * Good English and Spanish language skills required.
Requisitos deseados:	* Previous experience in Diagnostic Imaging equipment (magnetic resonance, scanner, functional imaging, etc) would be a plus. * Availability to change your location or to be based in Córdoba will be desirable.
